Ozien is a Czech producer and DJ living in Lausanne, Switzerland. Electronic music has been surrounding him since his childhood due to his brothers who were listening to 90’s electronica, techno and trance. But it’s only in 2004, at fifteen, that he starts producing his own tracks. Messy and weird electronica at first progressively became Ozien’s actual sound : a blend of techno and minimal with heavy electro-like basses, psychedelic feel and a trancy edge. His DJ sets are quite similar, going from hard electro-house to minimal, from pumping tech-house to techno. Since 2009, he’s a member of the Flashcut collective, based in Fribourg, whose popularity is constantly raising.
